About the Role
Working alongside our experienced Construction & Project Manager and our Architect, you'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle—from concept design through to construction completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing concept designs.
- Producing Development Application and construction documentation.
- Preparing detailed working drawings.
- Coordinating consultant documentation.
- Supporting project planning and programming.
- Attending client and consultant meetings.
- Visiting construction sites.
- Assisting with quality inspections.
- Supporting successful project delivery across residential and commercial projects.
This is an outstanding prospect to combine design, documentation and construction experience in one role.
About You
You'll ideally be a recent graduate in Architecture, Architectural Studies or a related discipline or have a couple of years experience in a similar role and be excited about building a long-term career in construction.
You'll also bring:
- Strong CAD skills (Revit, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn.
- A practical approach to problem solving.
- A genuine passion for quality design and construction.
