The Opportunity

As our Warehouse & Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse operations, equipment servicing and maintenance activities, helping keep our clubs operating safely and efficiently across our national network.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Service Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and service technicians to coordinate maintenance activities, manage warehouse operations and ensure service standards are consistently achieved. Based out of either our Port Adelaide Warehouse or Port Melbourne Warehouse, you'll be instrumental in driving operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance, supplier performance and equipment maintenance remain at the highest standard.

What you'll be doing?

Service Coordination & Maintenance

- Coordinate equipment servicing, preventative maintenance and warranty activities across designated clubs
- Monitor work orders, assign parts and follow up with contractors, suppliers and technicians to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure company maintenance systems remain up to date

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

- Support warehouse operations including inventory management, goods receipting, dispatch and stock replenishment
- Coordinate parts allocation and maintain inventory to support efficient service delivery
- Assist with logistics and the servicing of technician vehicles, warehouse equipment and plant

Supplier & Contractor Management

- Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and service technicians to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Coordinate external contractors and monitor supplier performance, pricing and invoicing to ensure value and quality outcomes




- Raise purchase orders and support the administration of maintenance and service activities

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain contractor compliance documentation and records through company systems
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and assist with the development of warehousing and servicing procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations, service delivery and operational efficiencies across the business

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in a Facilities, Warehouse, Safety or Service Coordination role
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors or maintenance activities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience using business systems for reporting, maintenance coordination or inventory management
- Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety practices
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
