We are seeking a skilled and reliable HR Truck Driver / Farm Labourer to join our team at Greener Lawn Pty Ltd in Freemans Reach, NSW. This full-time position is vital in supporting our road transportation and farm operations. As an HR Truck Driver / Machinery operator / Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of our products as well as assisting with various farm duties.
What you'll be doing
- Operate heavy rigid trucks to transport materials and products to customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and roadworthiness of the vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
- Operate forklifts & Farm Machinery to do variety of Farm Jobs.
- Carry out general farm duties such as manual handling, maintenance, and landscaping tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
- Valid HR driver's license and previous experience operating heavy rigid vehicles.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road rules and regulations
- Ability to perform physical labor and manual handling tasks on the farm
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive,
can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience Beneficial, but happy to train for a keen candidate
- HC or MC License would be a bonus
