We are on the hunt for a highly organised and efficient Mobilisation Coordinator to support our business and join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Fleet Controllers and Operations Managers to ensure project compliance

- Develop a deep understanding of project mobilisation processes through effective communication with Rigging and Crane Hire management and clients

- Efficiently mobilise new and existing personnel to multiple client and project sites on a weekly basis

- Organise and distribute induction requirements for each project, ensuring timely completion and follow-up





- Upload essential plant mobilisation documentation into client portals

- Meticulously maintain and update internal personnel and plant records using Hammertech

- Proactively monitor and update Hammertech, both internally and client-based, to guarantee compliance

- Arrange medicals, police clearances, and external training for employees as directed

This role is based in our Wangara/Landsdale offices.

About you:

- Proven experience in a strong administrative role

- Ability to set and achieve tasks within deadlines

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Hammertech knowledge is highly desirable
