About Us
EIC Design & Construction is a Perth-based design and construction company specialising in high-quality commercial office fitouts across Western Australia.

You’ll work closely with our Directors, Project Managers, Architects and Interior Designers, helping move projects from initial concept and documentation through procurement, construction and final handover.
This is not a drafting-only position. We’re looking for someone mature, reliable and proactive who can communicate confidently, manage competing priorities and take responsibility for getting things done.
The position may particularly suit an experienced industry professional seeking flexible part-time hours while remaining actively involved in interesting commercial design and construction projects.

- Permanent part-time position with flexible hours to be agreed
- Hourly rate of $35–$45 plus super – negotiable depending on experience, knowledge and ability
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential

You’ll have the opportunity to use your existing ArchiCAD and industry experience while contributing across design, client communication, procurement, project coordination and construction administration.
If you’re an experienced, reliable professional looking for a flexible part-time role where you can make a genuine contribution within a growing design and construction company, we’d love to hear from you.
