The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills and hands-on fabrication experience, with the ability to manage workflow and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of 5 workshop staff

- Complete and oversee quality checks

- Schedule and coordinate daily workflow

- Read and check technical drawings





- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

- Maintain high workmanship and production standards

- Motivate and support team members

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Management role

- Strong fabrication and welding background

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
