The Role

Reporting to the Head of Spa & Wellness, you'll bring experience working within a clinical environment and have the confidence to conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalised treatment plans and deliver exceptional client care.

You will perform an exciting range of advanced treatments, including:

- Laser treatments for pigmentation, vascular concerns, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing

- Skin needling

- Chemical peels

- Medical-grade facials

- Advanced skin therapies tailored to individual client goals

You will confidently prescribe personalised homecare routines that complement in-clinic treatments and support long-term skin health.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional client consultations and advanced skin treatments

- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and VISIA Skin Analysis





- Develop personalised treatment plans and skincare prescriptions

- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients throughout their skin journey

- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare to maximise treatment outcomes

- Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment documentation

- Uphold the highest standards of client care, professionalism and safety

- Contribute positively to the continued growth and success of Hale Aesthetics

- Participate in ongoing education, team meetings and professional development

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about skin health and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Hold qualifications as a Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician

- Have a minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a clinical aesthetics environment

- Be confident performing advanced dermal treatments and laser procedures

- Demonstrate strong consultation, treatment planning and skincare prescription skills

- Understand the importance of combining professional treatments with personalised homecare

- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment

- Be committed to continual learning and professional growth
