New Home Sales Consultant

As a New Home Sales Consultant, your focus is to sell recent homes and help facilitate the client’s journey from initial enquiry to final contract, providing advice and expertise on all aspects of building (including product design/costs/planning and the Fairmont build process).

Your main responsibilities will include:

Ensure a deep knowledge of the Fairmont building journey, Signature range, and applicable options to personalise the home.

Provide exceptional customer service and work with clients in ensuring the integration of finance and land to present the complete solution.

Provide support to clients post contract signing to minimise delays and cancellations.

Develop and deliver lead generation and contract sales targets.

Develop strong relationships with Homeward Finance to assist clients with pre-approval / savings plans / to unlock financial capacity to convert.

Work collaboratively and contribute to the growth of ideas and innovations within the Fairmont team.

Assist in maintaining the day-to-day running of the display homes, ensuring that it is presentable at all times.

About you:

To be successful in this position you will need 5+ years’ in a similar property sales role with a demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets.

Be highly motivated and skilled demonstrating consistently strong performance by meeting expected targets.

Exceptional organisational skills, able to stay focused on different tasks, and meet deadlines.

Superior negotiation skills with the ability to reach an agreement that's acceptable to both the customer and Builder.

Genuine enthusiasm and excitement for the housing industry, design, and a passion for helping and talking to people.

Highly accurate quoting of housing designs, changes and inclusions.

Completed studies in design and / or construction are highly regarded (including real estate licence).

Current driver's licence and a car.
