We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Statewide Bearings team in Lonsdale!

In your role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the full range of SWB Group products and services while providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction to all SWB customers and internal stakeholders. Applicants with previous Bearing, Power Transmission, or similar Industrial product sales experience will be highly regarded.

This is a full time position that offers excellent career prospects working alongside a highly motivated team. As a Sales Representative, you will report to the Lonsdale Branch Manager, along with the South Australian State Manager and State Sales Manager to play a vital role in our sales operations.

This position offers an attractive salary, company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and bonus package.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled and regular customer visits within the branch region, both local and country regions.

- Promote and sell the complete range of SWB Group products and services.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.

- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to grow the business.

- Conduct regular follow up calls with customers, both on and off site.

- Coordinate dual sales calls with SWB staff and suppliers to support product promotion and provide technical assistance.

- Conduct customer site and store surveys as required.

- Support Product Managers with customer opportunities and enquiries.

- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
