Disability Support Workers –

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist participants to live as independently as possible while supporting their personal goals and daily activities. This may include personal care, community access, meal preparation, and household tasks. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that values respect, empathy, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

· ✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)

· ✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check

· ✅ Working with Children Check (WWCC)

· ✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

· ✅ Medication Training (current and valid)

· ✅ Australian Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

· ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· ✅ A genuine passion for empowering people with disabilities
