About the role

Perugino Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team in West Perth, WA 6005.

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll be an integral part of our fast-paced hospitality operations, working collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

- Cleaning the restaurant space in the morning

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace

- Washing and storing kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods

- Completing other duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the kitchen operations

What we're looking for

- Good attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Robust communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

- A passionate interest in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings,



weekends and public holidays
