Essential Skills:
- Ability to tell hay from straw before your first coffee
- Strong appreciation for perfectly stacked bales.
- Comfortable working outdoors in temperatures ranging from "pleasant" to "why is the sun so angry?"
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Victoria/South Australia and New South Wales during the peak harvest period. If your suitcase is permanently half-packed and you think road trips through the countryside are a bonus, you'll fit right in.
