Buddi is a global provider of security services and equipment in the Criminal Justice sector. This is an exciting prospect to join an innovative small team dedicated to ensuring community safety through utilising advanced electronic monitoring technologies.
Currently seeking candidates for full-time shift work role as a Monitoring Operator.

The Role
- Maintain professional and supportive relationships with Police, Community Corrections, Custodial, Health and Youth Justice.
- Undertaking technical analysis of systems to provide an informative response to a range of government agency enquiries.
- Conduct monitoring, for a range of Wearers across the Northern Territory subject to electronic monitoring conditions, such as GPS tracking.
- Accurately entering confidential data into systems.
- Handling of inbound and outbound phone calls to effectively provide and obtain necessary information.
- Ensure alerts are addressed promptly and referred for resolution to relevant government agency.
- In a fast paced and responsive environment maintain Buddi’s high quality standards.
About You
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask are essential.
- Effective communication and listening skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident phone manner.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and utilise own initiative
- Proven ability of being a ‘team player’.
- Intermediate level of computer skills (or ability to be a fast learner!!) as the role undertakes a high level of data entry, reviewing and quality assurance.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and impartiality.
- Ability to work dayshift and nightshift on a fixed, ongoing roster.
