Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Storeperson with mechanical aptitude to assist in all warehouse duties, providing superior customer service by delivering products and support to exceed customer expectations.
This permanent role is based in Canning Vale, WA, supporting the aftermarket operations of the Franna brand.

What will you do?

Within the spare parts team you will be expected to:

- Assist with receiving duties such as unpacking of parts, checking off goods and transacting into system, labelling and putting away of parts.

- Assist with the picking and packing of orders and dispatching to both internal and external customers, including overseas clients.

- Assist with taking phone calls from both internal and external customers ensuring we meet the customers’ expectations of support.

- Assist with daily cycle counting.

- Assisting with providing support to all internal departments, such as the Service Workshop, Warranty Department and the interstate branches.

- Operating the forklift for unloading and loading of trucks and storage of pallet racking in addition to refueling and conducting general safety checks.

About you:

- Solid knowledge and experience in warehousing operations.

- Strong computer literacy, Oracle experience an advantage.

- Good mechanical aptitude.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent customer service skills & problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently,



and within a team while following process and procedures.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Current forklift license.

- Background in machinery parts business advantageous.

This role requires you to undergo a pre-employment medical check.
