Due to continued growth, SRB Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Labourers to join our team based in Rockingham, WA.

Competitive hourly rates are available for the right candidates.

About the Roles

We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team across a range of civil, construction and related projects.

Excavator Operators will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery, including excavators and bobcats, while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site requirements and safety procedures. HR licence is a must.

Labourers will assist with general site duties, manual handling, preparation works, and supporting operators and project teams as required.

These positions are offered on a casual basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment after a successful six-month probation period.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- HR Driver's Licence (mandatory for Excavator Operator applicants)

- Current Excavator and Bobcat operating tickets (for operator roles)

- White Card (Construction Induction Card)

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Physically fit,



healthy and capable of undertaking manual labouring duties

- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety practices and compliance procedures

- Honest, reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Positive attitude with a strong "can do" approach

- Valuable communication skills

- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing

- Ability to pass Department of Justice checks

- Ability to provide current Police Clearance and Medical Clearance

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Ability to read and interpret site plans, drawings and project documentation

- Experience working on civil construction projects

- Familiarity with construction site procedures and requirements

- Experience working in mining, civil or construction environments
