Since establishing a global strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the brand’s channel development and operations across multiple overseas markets.
With the expansion of DENZA in the Adelaide market, we are now seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager (F&I;) to join our team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Denza Business Manager(F&I;) , you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and delivering a seamless, premium finance experience to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Present and structure tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers in line with Denza’s premium positioning.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise deal conversions and overall dealership performance.
- Promote and sell a range of F&I; products, including finance, insurance, and aftermarket options.
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and lending requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and external partners.
- Manage end-to-end deal processing, documentation, and settlement.
- Deliver a high-quality,
transparent, and customer-centric finance experience.
- Support the team in achieving monthly targets and business objectives.
About You
We’re looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented skilled who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You’ll Ideally Have:
- Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I; Manager within an automotive dealership.
- Strong understanding of finance, lending, and insurance products.
- High level of compliance awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and drive performance outcomes.
- A professional and customer-first approach aligned with a luxury brand experience.
- Experience in premium/luxury brands or EV sector (highly regarded but not essential).
