DWS is seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Consultant / Senior Full Stack Data Engineer to support a diverse customer base across enterprise scale data environments. This role will see you working across clients existing on-premise solutions, delivering enhancements and improvements, and contributing to their transition towards modern, cloud-based data solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable and high-quality data solutions, leveraging core Microsoft data technologies including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric and the broader Azure data platform, alongside Databricks, Python, SSIS/SSRS and Power BI to build impactful data platforms and compelling reporting solutions.

Strong experience working across data and analytics environmentsDeep expertise within the Microsoft data stack including SSIS & SSRS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and Power BIExperience delivering modern data platform solutions using Microsoft Fabric / lakehouse architecturesDemonstrable skills in Python & PySparkProven capability supporting and enhancing on-premise data solutionsDemonstrated experience delivering cloud migration initiatives to AzureExperience with Azure DevOps or GitHub,
including CI/CD for data platformsExperience designing up-to-date data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, or warehouse patterns)Very strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability; confident to engage and liaise directly with clients autonomouslyAbility to design, build and optimise scalable data pipelines and reporting solutionsRelevant Microsoft certifications such as DP-203 or DP-700 are highly regarded
