The Opportunity

Join our growing leadership team in a RECENT role designed for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about developing clinicians, driving service excellence and leading a high-performing team.

We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy Manager to provide operational and clinical leadership across our Occupational Therapy services. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and direction of our OT team while supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants and clients.

Working closely with the broader leadership team, including other discipline specific managers, you'll oversee clinical quality, staff performance, support service delivery, mentor and develop your team, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen our Occupational Therapy services..

The Role

As the Occupational Therapy Manager, you'll lead and support our Occupational Therapy team by:

- Providing day-to-day operational leadership and support to Occupational Therapists.

- Coaching, mentoring and developing clinicians to achieve clinical excellence and professional growth.

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention of Occupational Therapists as our team expands.

- Monitoring utilisation, caseloads, quality and performance to ensure sustainable workloads and excellent client outcomes.

- Providing clinical guidance and facilitating regular supervision and career development.

- Working collaboratively with Local Business Coordinators and the executive team to implement new initiatives and continually improve service delivery.





- Supporting business development and growth initiatives to expand Occupational Therapy services nationally.

About You

We're looking for a leader who is:

- An experienced Occupational Therapist with demonstrated leadership and management experience.

- Passionate about developing clinicians and building HAPPY and high-performing teams.

- Confident leading remote teams across multiple locations.

- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.

- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.

- Experienced in community-based Occupational Therapy, ideally across NDIS and/or Aged Care.

- Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

- AHPRA registered.
