Experienced Medical Receptionist – Part Time Casual x 2

An opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a busy and well-established general medical practice.

We are seeking a qualified, friendly and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient service.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Previous experience working in a general practice or specialist medical practice.

- Experience using PracSoft and MedicalDirector (highly desirable).

- A thorough understanding of Medicare billing and appointment scheduling.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities.





- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

- A professional, compassionate and reliable approach.
