We’re Growing!
Greenhouse Paediatrics is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy and paediatric medicine team in Karrinyup.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm, collaborative, and neuro-affirming environment, supporting children and young people aged 0–18 years with a diverse range of needs. Our clients include children with developmental delays, emotional regulation disorders, gross and fine motor difficulties, intellectual and physical disabilities, and neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD).
We have a role suited to applications from experienced OTs seeking a part-time or full-time role. We also have a second role, suitable for confident New Graduate applicants seeking a full time development role.
You’ll be working alongside a team of exceptional Developmental and Sleep/Respiratory Paediatricians, with rich opportunities for collaborative consultation and interdisciplinary learning. Our expanding Allied Health team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists. Therapy is delivered in our brand-new, purpose-built clinic, complete with a state-of-the-art therapy gym and well-equipped resources to support creative, engaging interventions.
About the Role
At Greenhouse Paediatrics, we support a broad range of children, families, and communities.
Our Occupationla Therapists are empowered to shape their caseload based on clinical interests, strengths, and areas of expertise, within a highly team-oriented, team-based approach.
We provide specialist assessments and evidence-informed interventions across all areas of developmental delay and neurodiversity.
We are committed to neuro-affirming, strengths-based, family-centred practice, with a focus on meaningful participation across everyday settings—home, school, and community.
