Senior Contracts Administrator | Commercial Construction

Project: $25M-$30M apartment development - commercial
Sectors: Apartments, mixed-use, government, schools, retail, aged care
Salary: $170K - $200k + Super + BONUS (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an established and highly regarded commercial contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia.

The Opportunity

You will join a well-resourced project team delivering a $25M-$30M apartment development in a central Perth location.

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager and leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring successful financial and contractual delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer head contract and subcontract agreements from award through to final account.
- Manage procurement, tendering, subcontract negotiations and contract execution.
- Prepare, assess and process progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
- Ensure contractual compliance and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support project financial reporting, forecasting and cost control.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients to achieve successful commercial outcomes.




- Assist with contract correspondence, dispute resolution and project close-out.

About You

- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of head contract and subcontract administration, procurement and cost management.
- Sound commercial and contractual acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team.
- Experience delivering apartment or multi-residential projects will be highly regarded.
