About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, quality food, and operational excellence. You'll coach and develop your team, manage financial performance, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets safety, compliance and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve strong operational performance.

- Create a positive team culture that supports engagement, retention and development.

- Manage rostering, labour costs, inventory, ordering and stock control.

- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective business management.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness and compliance.

- Develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and succession planning.





- Monitor restaurant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering results.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience managing a hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurant operation.

- Robust leadership and people development skills.

- Experience managing labour, inventory and operational budgets.

- A customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- The ability to lead from the front and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Sound understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.

- Flexibility to work a rotating 4-week roster across morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.
