We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team in Yatala, QLD.
This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed electrician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and working on technically diverse projects. You'll play a key role in the electrical fit-out, testing and commissioning of modular water and wastewater treatment systems while contributing to the successful delivery of complete modular builds.
Regular travel around the state will be required.
The role
You will be responsible for fabrication and installation of chemical dosing systems, in both the field and workshop. This includes:
- Carry out fitout and testing of the equipment and systems in TRILITY or partner’s workshops in such a manner that the systems comply with design and client requirements and that site works are minimised
- Provide installation and commissioning services for equipment and systems fabricated or procured by TRILITY in such a manner as to display a total company responsibility image
- Provide supervision during site-based activities.
- Lead site-based commissioning activities.
- Mentor and supervise apprentices.
- Complete material take off from drawings and take the leadership of procurement activities on specific projects.
- Identify opportunities for sales and business development during the course of service activities.
- Fit out of modular equipment skids.
- Installation of process equipment.
- Commissioning of process equipment
What we are looking for
- Current Australian Electrical Practicing Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Literacy and numeracy to a nationally recognised standard.
- Experience manufacturing pipework systems, skids, and PVCU systems.
- Exposure to chemical dosing pump systems and chlorine gas dosing systems.
