About you
We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Customer Service specialist to join our team as Service Advisor at our busy multi-franchise dealership in Belconnen.
You will have an impressive attitude, a desire to achieve results and the ambition to succeed.
- Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential. Hospitality or customer service experience well regarded
- A sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and senior management
- High attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence essential
- Excellent computer literacy
- The ability to work in a team workplace
- Well-developed telephone technique
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
