What You'll Do

You'll provide technical leadership across a diverse range of residential and low-rise projects while supporting the development of engineers within the team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Delivering structural designs and engineering solutions for residential and low-rise developmentsReviewing and approving engineering documentation and reportsProviding technical guidance, mentoring and quality assurance for engineers within the teamManaging relationships with builders, developers,



homeowners and other stakeholdersAttending client meetings and site inspections as requiredSupporting compliance, risk management and engineering best practiceContributing to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and service deliveryEnsuring projects are delivered safely, accurately and on time

Single, double and triple-storey residential dwellingsClass 2 residential developmentsTownhouse developmentsLow-rise commercial and warehouse projects

What you bring

You are a technically capable engineer who enjoys solving problems, supporting others and building strong client relationships.

You'll Bring

Bachelor of Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 5 years' experience in residential structural engineeringRegistered, or working towards Registration in WAStrong experience designing residential and low-rise structuresSound knowledge of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and timber designExperience with engineering software such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass and ToolkitStrong understanding of Australian Standards, the NCC and residential design requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a consulting environmentA commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement

Highly regarded





Experience with RAPT and/or Inducta softwareExperience mentoring or leading engineersConsulting industry experience
