Key Responsibilities

- Manage all leads for Novated Leases including:
- Outline general information (not financial advice) on the potential tax savings and benefits derived from a Novated Lease
- Provide customers with insights into choice of motor vehicles including the option to utilise Eziway dealer network
- Provide customers with a Novated Lease quote (impact statement) and upon receipt process finance applications
- Liaise with Dealer Liaison Officer on the availability of vehicles
- Follow up lease expiry customers and old quotations
- Ensure records are kept up to date in the system including loading and transferring quotes
- Remain up to date with car models, new releases and best offers available for Eziway customers
- Attend client sites as required to conduct educational and sales activities
- Respond to all enquiries and leads by phone, email, web and referral in a timely manner

Skills Required





- Sound understanding of Salary Packaging and/or Novated Lease
- Customer centric focus with a willingness to provide superior service to all clients
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up current systems and software
- Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators

Experience Required

- Experience in the Novated Lease, car, or related industry
- Experience in new and used car sales, vehicle fleet, car dealership would be desirable
