About the role

Industrious Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders and scaffold labourers for upcoming projects in Perth. This is a casual role, offering the opportunity secure ongoing long-term work on multiple projects across WA.

What you'll be doing

- Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding structures

- Ensuring all scaffolding work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations

- Performing pre-use inspections and regular safety checks on scaffolding equipment

What we're looking for

Candidates with previous minimum 2-3 years Mining and Construction experience is essential. Shortlisted candidates will possess the following:

- High Risk Work Licence – (SB/SI/SA)

- For our Leading Hand and Supervisor roles, proven experience in a Lead position essential

- Experience with tube and fit and ring lock is a must





- Working at Heights - Within 2 years

- Current construction White Card

- Proof of right to work in Australia

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test

- Thorough knowledge of scaffolding regulations, safety best practices and quality standards

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address scaffolding challenges

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with other tradespeople

- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
