Housing CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised Housing Coordinator to manage employee accommodation across Rosebery, Tullah,



Zeehan and Queenstown on the West Coast of Tasmania. This role will be based at our Burnie office with travel to site when required.Key responsibilities include:Managing leases, housing allocations, inspections, property records and SAP purchase ordersLiaising with landlords, real estate agents, HR and Maintenance to coordinate property requirementsOverseeing maintenance schedules, gardening services and the general condition of MMG housingAssisting the maintenance team with adhoc administration duties
About youExperience in real estate, customer service or business administrationStrong organisation, initiative, computer skills and customer focusCurrent C Class driver’s licence and a genuine commitment to safety
