As we continue to grow and strengthen our team, we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to become the welcoming face of our dealership.
As our Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first impression for every customer, welcoming visitors, managing enquiries, supporting the dealership team, and helping create an environment where customers feel valued from the moment, they walk through the door or pick up the phone.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact within our Dealership, you will need to be genuinely passionate about making people feel welcomed.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Your role includes:
- Providing courteous and prompt service to customers both in person and over the phone.
- Ensuring all incoming phone calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate team member or department.
- Greeting customers to the dealership and assisting as needed.
- Managing Vehicle Registration Administration and owning the registration process.
- Reconciling daily banking and credit card purchases.
- Supporting the team from an administrative point of view.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a reception role, service reception, or customer-facing role (automotive, motorcycle or similar industry highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, skilled approach.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing schedules.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
