We’re seeking an Operations Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Department Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations by managing administrative tasks, resolving operational queries, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You’ll liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and employees to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond promptly to client and driver enquiries,



consistently meeting KPI targets for response times and issue resolution, and ensure all communication is accurately recorded in company systems.

- Work proactively with drivers to resolve issues early, preventing impacts on client service.

- Escalate incidents and hazards as required and support investigations where needed.

- Keep clients updated on delivery progress, potential delays, and any emerging issues.

- Monitor new business accounts to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing operational performance.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations.

- Complete additional administrative tasks and reporting as requested by your manager.

Skills & Experience:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Comfortable with computers & systems,

- Robust organisational and communication skills

- High attention to detail and customer focus

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in logistics, operations, or administration - but not essential
