Responsibilities:

- Quoting parts

- Ordering parts

- Scheduling work

- Receipting supplier invoices

- Stock management

- Record Keeping

- Updating job cards

- Invoicing

- Administrative and compliance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (preferred but not essential)

- Strong automotive knowledge

- Liaising with mechanics and apprentices

- Working to a schedule and ensuring jobs are completed on schedule

- High attention to detail and a team-first attitude

- Great attitude and strong reliability

- Physically fit and capable of lifting automotive parts

- Familiarity with DMS systems (e.g., TUNE, Titan, or similar) is a bonus
