Your Role





As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee all daily operations at our Joondalup store, ensuring first-class customer service and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service and expert product recommendations

- Lead, train, and motivate your team

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising

- Oversee rosters, administration, and store presentation

- Drive sales, local marketing, and social media engagement

- Meet and exceed store KPIs and performance targets

What You Bring

- Proven retail management experience

- Strong sales and customer service background

- Experience leading high-performing teams

- Knowledge of supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)

- Solid understanding of sports nutrition and wellness products

- Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a bonus)

- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
