Creation Plumbing is a leading commercial plumbing contractor delivering high-quality hydraulic and civil plumbing projects throughout the Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter and Port Stephens, ranging from $100k up to $2M. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to join our management team and play a key role in delivering successful projects while maintaining our strong reputation for quality, professionalism and client service.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and directly assisted by the Project Administrator, you will manage multiple commercial hydraulic and civil plumbing projects from commencement through to defect-free handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

About You

- Minimum 10 years' experience leading commercial plumbing, hydraulic or civil construction teams. (Plumbing trade qualification highly desirable)

- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC & hydraulic best practice.

- Exceptional time management skills; ability to coordinate & schedule 40+ plumbers across multiple projects, order materials & equipment as well as liaise with our subcontractors day-to-day.

- Competent with reviewing drawings and communicating project specific scopes to site teams

- Time conscious around submission of RFI’s and communication with the client

- Strong understanding of project financials, including budgets,



forecasting & progress claims

- A positive leader with strong people management skills who contributes to an outstanding team culture and builds lasting client relationships.

- Committed to workplace safety, quality workmanship and achieving defect-free project handovers.

- Passionate about continuous improvement across project delivery, identifying risks & collaborating on innovative solutions.
