A Northern Tasmanian hospital requires a Registered Nurse to Provide high-quality nursing care across various hospital departments

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Essential Criteria

You will need:

- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and skills relative to both Emergency and Aged Care Nursing
- Understanding of working and living in a remote health setting
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
