Working directly with an experienced Partner, you'll advise on some of the country's most significant front-end infrastructure, construction and renewable energy transactions while enjoying genuine flexibility and a team-oriented national team.

THE ROLE

Supporting a leading Partner as her Brisbane practice continues to expand, you'll work on complex front-end transactions across Australia and New Zealand.

Current matters include:

- Major transport infrastructure projects across South East Queensland
- Renewable energy projects throughout Australia's eastern seaboard
- Large-scale construction projects in New Zealand
- Infrastructure and project development transactions
- Energy, renewables and resources projects
- Social infrastructure developments
- Commercial construction and project delivery
- Joint ventures and project structuring
- Project documentation, procurement and contract negotiations

You'll act for a sophisticated client base including government agencies, major contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, energy providers and multinational organisations, working alongside an integrated national Projects team.

ABOUT YOU

We're interested in speaking with high-performing lawyers who have experience in front-end Construction, Projects or Infrastructure.
Applications are welcomed from:

- Associates (3–4 years' PAE)
- Senior Associates with approximately 2–4 years post-promotion experience

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience advising on front-end construction, infrastructure or major projects transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic results (GPA above 5.5 preferred)
- Experience gained within a top-tier, international or leading national firm
- Lawyers returning from overseas with experience in other Commonwealth jurisdictions are also encouraged to apply
