About the Role

As part of our Maintenance & Projects team, you'll carry out a diverse range of commercial maintenance, repairs and project works across Sydney and Regional NSW. Typical duties may include:

- Door and window repairs and replacements

- Lock, barrel and door hardware installations

- Gyprock patching and repairs

- Painting and general building maintenance

- Basic plumbing and carpentry

- General handyman duties

- Assisting and working alongside other trades on larger projects

- Other maintenance and project tasks suited to your skills and experience

Some regional travel and occasional overnight stays are required, with travel allowances and living-away-from-home support provided where applicable.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable, motivated people who take pride in delivering quality work.



While this advertisement is primarily for a Handyman, we also welcome applications from licensed Plumbers and other experienced tradespeople.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in commercial maintenance, building services, facilities maintenance or a related trade

- A practical, hands-on approach with robust problem-solving skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team

- Excellent communication and a strong work ethic

- Flexibility to travel when required

- A current driver's licence
