You'll have the freedom to manage your own diary, develop your clinical interests and work with clients close to home, all while receiving ongoing clinical guidance from an experienced leadership team.

Your work may include:

Our administration and service coordination teams also provide strong operational support, allowing you to spend more time doing what you do best...being an Occupational Therapist.

Professional Growth

Whether you're looking to refine your assessment skills, expand your knowledge in Assistive Technology and Home Modifications, or further develop your report writing, you'll have access to experienced clinicians who are invested in your success.

As Therapy Partners continues to grow, there are genuine opportunities for career progression into senior clinical and leadership positions.

- Want the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

- Enjoy working independently while being supported by an experienced team.

- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

- Want to continue developing your clinical skills and confidence.

About You

You'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

- A client-centred, compassionate approach.

- Confidence working independently within the community.

- Experience in community Occupational Therapy is desirable but not essential.
