An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and customer focused Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of an expanding bar, bistro, and function centre.
As a Duty Manager you will have the opportunity to support the Venue and Assistant Managers in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality business
- The ability to direct staff and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- A drive to deliver exception customer service.
- Victorian TAB experience is a big plus.
- There is a Full Time & Part Time Position available
To be considered for the role you must have, current Victorian RSA and RSG
These are full time positions requiring the ability to work a roster over a 7-day period of days and nights.
