Physiotherapist – Contractor

At Move Right, we're offering an experienced Physiotherapist the opportunity to do exactly that.

This position is for experienced Physiotherapists only.

Please note: We are not accepting applications requiring sponsorship at this time.

We'll work with you to build a caseload that matches your interests, strengths and preferred way of working.

Our clinic is located in Dakabin (Just across from North Lakes), with community services delivered throughout North Brisbane and Moreton Bay, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the variety of both environments without excessive travel.

Rather than asking you to fit into a predetermined roster, this contracting opportunity allows you greater flexibility to structure your week around the way you want to work.

Contractor Remuneration:

This position operates under a commission-based contracting model of:

47–50% of revenue earned + superannuation

The contracting model is designed for an experienced Physiotherapist who wants the flexibility to manage their own working week while having the opportunity to maximise their earning potential based on the caseload they choose to work.

It provides many of the benefits of working independently without requiring you to establish your own clinic, administration systems or practice infrastructure.

A company vehicle with fuel card is also available for community physiotherapy services.

Contractors have access to our full administration function, clinic facilities and clinical equipment,



allowing you to focus your time on providing physiotherapy rather than managing the administrative requirements of running your own standalone practice.

About You:

You are:

- An experienced AHPRA registered Physiotherapist

- Passionate about delivering evidence-based care

- Confident managing your own clinical caseload

- A confident communicator

- Organised and self-motivated

- Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- Looking for greater flexibility and control over your working week

- Motivated by the opportunity to increase your earning potential

- Comfortable with the independence and responsibility associated with contracting

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assess and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions

- Develop individualised rehabilitation programs

- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation





- Provide community physiotherapy across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay based on your preferred caseload

- Collaborate with referrers and multidisciplinary teams

- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation

- Manage your clinical caseload independently

- Contribute ideas to improve services and clinical pathways
