Position: Part-time Cosmetic Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Registered Nurse to join our team of Dermal Therapists at Dee-Luxe Skin Boutique in a part-time position. As a cosmetic Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised and results-oriented cosmetic injectable and advanced skin care treatments to our valued clients while ensuring you follow and uphold Ahpra guidelines as per your scope of practice.

With our diverse range of advanced skin treatments including: Morpheus8 (RF microneedling), mesoneedling, Lumecca (IPL) and Forma (RF skin tightening), you will have the opportunity to develop customised treatment plans to help clients achieve their skin goals. Your dedication to client satisfaction and your passion for skin care will contribute to the success of our clinic.

Position Overview:

- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' concerns and skin goals

- Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin conditions

- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments

- Perform a variety of skin treatments including: skin needling, mesoneedling, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Lumecca IPL, Forma RF skin tightening and LED treatments

- Provide clients with comprehensive pre-care and post-care for both cosmetic injectable and skin care treatments

- Provide a customised at-home skin care routine suitable to individual client needs and skin conditions

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records including: treatment,



treatment plans and progress notes as per scope of practice

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional client care and treatment outcomes

- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, infection control protocols and regulations and all other applicable guidelines and regulations including ensuring you follow and uphold Ahpra guidelines as per your scope of practice

- Continuously develop your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor of Nursing

- Qualification as a Registered Nurse and current registration with Ahpra

- Cosmetic injectable qualification completed

- At least 12 months' full time equivalent postgraduate experience in general or specialist nursing practice outside non-surgical cosmetic procedures, as required by the Ahpra Guidelines for registered health practitioners who perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cosmetic injectable treatments

- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions

- Proficiency in performing advanced dermal therapies and treatments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client centric approach

- Attention to detail and the ability to provide personalised care

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
