We are seeking a motivated Junior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our growing Queensland practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in probate, estate administration, and estate litigation while working closely with experienced practitioners.
What you’ll do
- Manage straightforward probate applications and assist with complex estates
- Draft wills, EPOAs, affidavits and other court documents
- Liaise with clients, executors and beneficiaries
- Conduct legal research and support senior lawyers on contested matters
What you bring
- 0–2 years PAE in private practice or relevant clerkship experience
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in succession law
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑centred approach
- Ability to manage deadlines with empathy and professionalism
