We're currently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a well-established organisation within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where you'll make a genuine difference to the community.

About the Role

Working within a busy contact centre environment, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to members of the public via phone and email.

Your day to day:

- Responding to high-volume inbound enquiries.
- Providing accurate information and guidance in line with policies and procedures.
- Updating customer information across multiple systems.
- Escalating complex matters where required.




- Maintaining accurate records and case notes.
- Delivering professional, empathetic customer service on every interaction.

About You:

- Previous experience within a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- A calm and professional approach when managing sensitive or complex enquiries.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Must hold a current police check
