Duties:
- Support senior agents with the leasing and sale of commercial properties across office, retail and industrial assets
- Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with owners, tenants and investors
- Conduct property inspections, market appraisals and client meetings
- Prepare submissions, marketing campaigns and property reports
- Assist with negotiations, transaction management and deal execution
The skills and experience required for this role:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate sales, leasing or business development
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven and eager to build a long-term career in commercial property
- Professional presentation with strong organisational and time management skills
