About the Role:
Lead a high-performing business support team and make a meaningful impact across Country Health Connect Murray Mallee. In this rewarding leadership role, you'll drive consistent, efficient and compliant business support services, oversee key administrative functions, and help improve systems and processes while supporting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for the community.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, support and manage teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to apply initiative.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience managing administrative services, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
Desired Criteria
- Relevant qualification in health, business or administration management.
- Understanding of procurement, budgeting and quality improvement principles.
- Experience in a health setting, including report writing and preparing documentation for senior management.
