The role: Recruitment Industry Business Development Manager (Part-Time)

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced business development skilled with strong relationships across the recruitment and labour hire industry.

If you already know agency owners and decision-makers and enjoy building long-term commercial relationships, this could be an exciting opportunity.

This is not a recruitment consultant role. You won’t be filling jobs, managing candidates or running a desk.

Instead, you’ll help recruitment agencies and labour hire businesses reduce costs through Accountee’s specialist outsourced payroll service, backed by some of Australia’s leading payroll experts.

For the right person, there is potential to move into a full-time role, progress into leadership and earn equity in the business. Fast-tracked by industry-leading entrepreneurs.

About you : You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

- Recruitment agency sales.

- Recruitment consulting.

- Recruitment-to-Recruitment (Rec2Rec).

- Labour hire.

- Payroll sales.

- Recruitment software or technology sales.

- Workforce solutions.

- Business development within the recruitment industry.

You'll also have:

- An existing network across recruitment agencies or labour hire businesses.

- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence engaging with owners and senior decision-makers.

- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
