We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring for operational and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, run structured shortlisting and interviews, and maintain accurate pipelines in our ATS.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions concurrently
- Write and post job advertisements on Seek, LinkedIn, and internal channels
- Shortlist applications against role criteria and hiring manager briefs
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview panels
- Run reference checks and pre-employment verifications
- Maintain candidate pipelines and weekly hiring metrics
- Support onboarding documentation and offer administration
- Champion inclusive hiring and positive candidate experience
How will you make an impact?
Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent; degree preferred. 2+ years recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience with an ATS (PageUp, Workday, or JobAdder). Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Fair Work basics and employment contracts. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred skills: LinkedIn Recruiter or Seek Talent Search experience. Behavioral interviewing and scorecard design. Recruitment marketing and employer branding exposure. Experience in healthcare, resources, or corporate services hiring.
