Wesco Residential is based in Osborne Park and has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our amazing hardworking, growing team. We require an Electrical Administrator to prepare a timely, accurate and astute analysis of estimations and project planning that enable our business to have a competitive position within the market as well as provide all-around support to our electrical team.

The role requires excellent technical abilities with a capability to interpret specifications, drawings and/or manuals, a high degree of problem solving, analytical ability, and requires a high level of interpersonal skills with a capability to think laterally.

This role is the initial point of contact between the builder and our company; therefore,



it is vitally significant in maintaining a high customer service level and maintaining our integrity and reputation with our clients.

We require a practical and logical person with the ability to quickly diagnose issues, have high attention to detail and take a holistic approach to the successful delivery of our services

The candidate will be communicating with builders to ensure a smooth and effective installation on site. Entering and maintaining jobs in job management software accurately and creating a job file for construction.

The ideal candidate:
3 years of relevant industry/electrical/estimating experience.
Understanding of the building industry and market.
A problem solver who is eager to get a positive outcome.
Ability to understand technical drawings.
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
