Full Time role, located at Hallam – South East
Nearly 2 weeks closure over Christmas/NY period

We have a Customer Service position available for an enthusiastic person who is dedicated to achieving ‘Total’ customer service.

Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator? Do you have the cheerful personality we are seeking? Are you enthusiastic and passionate about customer service? Will you take pride in going that extra step in assisting our customers? If so, we look forward to meeting with you.

You will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, and your duties will entail taking care of our customers, data entry, order taking, invoicing, excel reporting, relief reception (directing phone calls).

The successful applicant will have the following qualities:




Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Word and Excel Proficient (plus Pronto experience is desirable)
Exceptional time management skills
Data entry speed but accuracy is imperative.
Robust sense of team work and a team player
Committed, versatile and reliable.
Fully committed to customer service for both internal and external customers.
An eye for detail.
Skilled attitude and appearance.
Cheerful personality, that can be heard over the phone at all times.
