Job description

THE ROLE

You will provide administration support to the operational areas of a Fortune 500 reinsurer, focusing strongly on the claims processes, as well as coordinating & supporting the operations team.
Reconcile payments entered into the Operations Claims database to ensure accuracy of reporting
Provide reporting and analysis as required
Assist with projects or ad hoc duties as requested
Ensure that data mappings for applicable portfolio are maintained and up to date
Be curious to gain a thorough understanding of the impact the operations area has on the other departments within RGA
