Fernbank location | 3 month contract
$55 - $60 per hour, plus super
Advising on OHS best practice in accordance with legislation

Charterhouse is partnering with a respected organisation to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support and drive best-practice WHS outcomes across a diverse and energetic workforce. This role will suit a proactive safety professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, embedding safety systems, and influencing positive change across the organisation.

Our clients' expectation is to be in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days.

Key responsibilities:
Provide day to day WHS advice and support to leaders and employees
Ensure compliance with Victorian WHS legislation and internal policies
Conduct workplace risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits
Support injury management and return to work processes
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS systems
Deliver safety reporting, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders

About you:
Tertiary qualification in WHS, OHS, Risk Management,



or a related discipline
Proven experience in a Health & Safety Advisory role (sector experience advantageous)
Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and regulatory requirements
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
Practical, solutions-focused approach to safety and wellbeing
